One of the things I value most about this work, especially over my almost six years at Aloha Publishing, is helping bring a clear vision to life for the author as well as the readers. The most effective books are built with a purpose beyond the page, and Origination Boost is a strong example of that concept.

Working on Origination Boost with Mandi Feely-Swain meant building something practical and purposeful. The goal was to create a book that helps loan originators take clear steps forward to expand their business and uplevel their life.

Inside the book, the focus is on real strategies that shape daily habits, strengthen relationships, and bring consistency to how business gets done. It is meant to be used, not just read.

What makes this project meaningful is how those ideas carry beyond the pages.

Mandi and her team have created a full system to support how consistency is brought into readers' lives. Origination Boost (the book) is used for sharing the vision and the principles and the story behind them. The Origination Boost app helps loan originators apply what they learn in real time. The podcast continues the conversation and brings the ideas to life through stories and insights.

Maryanna and I saw the impact in person at the Premier Mortgage Resources Success Rally this past Friday. Mandi interviewed people who had been impacted by Origination Boost and she shared signed copies of the book with everyone in the room. You could feel the excitement and the sense that people were ready to put these ideas into action.

That is what a strong book can do. It gives people direction and confidence, creating momentum that lasts beyond the first read.
